Key Responsibilities:
- Visit production sites to troubleshoot defects and optimize leather processing applications.
- Conduct live, on-site demonstrations of new chemical technologies directly on the production floor.
- Relay technical floor challenges back to internal research and development teams to refine the product pipeline.
Requirements:
- Degree in Leather Technology, Chemistry, or equivalent hands-on industrial experience.
- 3+ years of comprehensive experience specifically within leather processing operations.
- Deep operational understanding of the core manufacturing process spanning from the wet-end phase to final finishing.
- Willingness to travel frequently to regional manufacturing sites.
- Expert knowledge and capability regarding driving.

- Act as the primary commercial touchpoint, managing complex supplier-client relationships.
Requirements:
- Educational qualifications are considered, with preference firmly given to candidates demonstrating proven practical experience and active field skills.
